What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?
Our standard wholesale MOQ is 50 units. For custom seasonal figure designs, the minimum order requirement starts at 100 units per design.
How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website. Since we have all products in stock, we offer same-day shipping for orders placed before 4:00 PM; otherwise, they ship the very next business day.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Place your order now to receive your Easter kits early! If you need them sooner, feel free to call us.
What is the production lead time for bulk orders?
We have everything in stock and ready to go. Orders placed before 4:00 PM qualify for same-day shipping; otherwise, they ship the very next business day.
Are your paint kits and materials safe and non-toxic?
Yes. Our figures and paints are non-toxic and produced under strict quanlity control standars. Paint is water-based and designed for safe use at schools, churches, and community events. Designed and made in the USA.
How are bulk orders shipped?
Bulk kits are securely packed in reinforced cardboard master cartons to ensure safe delivery.
All shipments are insured! If any item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product. We will promptly review the claim and arrange a replacement or a fast solution
